RE: Cent Staking Rewards 16.8.26

Today we made payments to both stakers and Cent delegations. The delegate list was taken from Peakd, while the staker list is from a different website. Therefore, there are some discrepancies in the decimal places in the overall list. Everything will return to normal next week.
