RE: PowerUp 💪 July 2025 - Awesome Upcoming ATX's 😎😍

Hehe, my mom tells me something similar. She notices when her students use AI.

I'd like to know something. I went to Inleo and saw something called THREAD, what's it for? I know they're comments, but why is it important to respond to them and invite others to respond? Is it an initiative?

Inleo acts like a community, as you see here:

The difference is that they came up with the idea of forming a community under a special "post" - which is what its called a thread here. On peakd the same is called "snaps" and on Ecency "waves", etc...

By allowing people to comment just under these posts, it avoids "noise" on the normal interfaces that were initially created for people to post. Hence, things like the hottest or newest post will not appear when commenting under these "special" posts.

So, in essence, threads, snaps or waves, act like "posts on X"... where people usually have "less extensive" communication (aka why characters are limited, to promote that, although if you go to a normal comment on hive, that limitation does not really exist) and where it's easier for someone to get an upvote without having to write a bunch of stuff.

Note: When upvoting this type of content, be sure to not use 100% upvotes if you are counting on upvoting lots of stuff, otherwise your upvote mana will quickly drain and then you end up not being able to vote anymore after a while (Each 100% upvote consumes 2% upvote mana, so if you would always upvote 100%, you could only do a maximum of 50 upvotes, then it regenerates at 20% per day).
