Thank you ! I think the problem with UK hospitals isn't money (we pay a fortune in tax and National Insurance, it's probably the biggest single expense in the UK Budget), it's poor management and organisation, and using systems and infrastructure that doesn't understand the population has doubled in size in a generation.
