Public speaking isn't an easy one, you're working on your innermost self now and that could be very difficult to deal with because you don't need a mentor rather you are your own mentor. Glad you've overcome that setback.

Yea, public speaking has to do with learning and practicing on your own and perhaps, with a few people you are close to that can give you feedback.
