it is a community lead project, we listen even if there are guns blazin! We might ask for tickets in the future just not sure if we will need to now between utilizing hiveonboard & the tickets we will create.

This direction is a good one IMO. I love the built in marketing. Very clever.
I think once people see the alpha version and see that you already have a chunk of the tickets, most of us will be more receptive to the ask if it's still needed.
