Will it always be this, disabled? Or it can be changed?
As soon as staking is enabled, the power-down parameters are forever locked in stone. We would like to get some community feedback on that parameter before locking it in.
As I mentioned above, my current thinking is 50 days to full power-down at 2% per day. I like the idea that an extremely large stakeholder can get immediate access to a portion of their funds the next day.
So, if someone had 100,000 VYB, they could start a full power-down today, receive 2,000 VYB liquid tomorrow, then stop the power down (assuming they just needed some quick liquidity).
And, staking has to be enabled before delegation can be enabled.
