I agree with the most of the things you have said. I feel privacy is something everyone values and I don't think schools or employers should be going through people's personal social media unless there's a serious reason to do so. Clear rules are much better than constant monitoring. Also I believe we should all be careful about what we post because once it's online then it can easily reach more people than we expect.
