I think the photo location is out the front of 39 Buller Street, Wellington looking South East! Are you looking to buy a new house? !LOL looks a bit steep for me, too many stairs and hills.
I just staked 100 ATX, hoping to build a big stack before the end of the year. I miss the old beeswap too but am slowly learning the tribledex

Nah, houses over there are super inflated. I was just doing a walk that day.
Note: Staking ATX does not provide anything yet. I am not sure when or if I am going to add rewards to its function yet. For now its just to maintain a balance for when people think there is no "reason" (or function) to hold it.
In this case, the goal would be to slowly transition to a factor/ratio of allowing participants to keep having a reason to hold it (aka bigger delegations of HP).
