RE: POBphotocontest New Round: BRICKS

This striking theme of bricks has encouraged me to write about a visit to a medieval castle in Castilla y León. It is the castle of La Mota which was a fortress of the Catholic kings and which, due to the scarcity of stone in the area, was built with bricks, unlike other castles in Spain.
