It's just bizarre to me how many people refused to look. I'll never understand not selling a portion of stake above .40 cents in early 2025.

I don't disagree that the APR needs to drop, but it's kind of crazy how the DHF keeps getting milked at full price and HBD drops in APR. It's like they are just milking it for what it is despite trying to keep HBD up for themselves.
