The short days in winter is the only thing my son doesn't like about the Netherlands. He uses a light therapy lamp, not sure if it helps!
Pepe's looks exactly like my favourite takeaway Nando's, which now has competition called Pedro's! Very delicious.
Not sure if I told you before that I had a friend at school who came from Fife, always think of her when I read your blogs.

Ah yes we have your Nando's here, which to be honest is not as good as when they first came over here. Not sure what happened, maybe got too big and started cutting corners.
The daylight or lack of it yes it gets to me, so I feel for your son!

It's awful when something good comes along and as soon as they're popular then suddenly quality goes down the drain. That kind of thinking for sure leads to failure.
The 2nd month of the new year already, quite unreal.
