The content in the second part of the posts is a minimum effort content. The account has no engagement. Hardly ever receives any comments from accounts that are not bot accounts. The account never engages with the community.
You are farming/milking automated curation.
You have been well aware that this account has been blacklisted for months and that you were already warned a few months ago. Also, the rewards are being removed by the community.
You also continued that activity when you were blacklisted and appealing.
If this activity does not stop, you will be blacklisted again. The next appeal will be longer.
