@themarkymark This really sounds unfair and damaging to crypto users. A 0.2% tax on every transfer, not just on gains, would discourage people from using crypto freely and make things even harder in New York where regulations are already strict. It feels more like a money grab than real regulation, and in the long run, it could push more users and businesses away from the state.
