Interesting read. Awareness of how one operates is nice. You know your triggers and sometimes the best way forward when you’re angry. Great prompt. Helps to understand you.

Thank you so much. I did make sure to start learning about myself and all my emotions early on, and so far, they’ve helped me navigate difficult situations. My shortcomings are also not justified during these times, if any. I hope everyone recognises theirs too. Have a lovely evening.
