This is due to bad draining system, in Lagos it's bad drainage system as well as overpopulation in the major cities, especially if there are bad roads.

You're right. Poor drainage as a result of indiscriminate dumping of refuse is the major cause of flooding. Some people have no business living in the city because they stink - literally. 😂
