RE: My Recycling Practices: The Struggle and Hope for a Greener Tomorrow

I find the point about the whole system needing to be in place really relatable, its tough trying to sort things out when you know it all ends up in the same truck anyway, that kinda defeats the purpose right from the start at least thats the way in Panama, past three years the city had troubles with the city dumpster getting on fire, we talking tons and tons of trash on fire out of control and took days to put it out, recently this year they have start to build up a plan to recicle saving plastic mainly but the rest still goes to waist, I guess its a start and better than nothing. Recicling is a huge business and I dont understand how Panama a country with resources havent at least gave this business to a private entity, I guess corruption doesnt let the country make progress 🤬
