El agua es tan importante para el organismo, que hasta te puede evitar un derrame cerebral, mi pareja siempre me dice que el agua lo ha ayudado mucho en su salud y leí que lo primero que hay que hacer al levantarse, es tomar un vaso de agua, antes de comer, durante el día y hasta antes de dormir.
Que bueno que te des de 5 a 10 minutos diarios, para meditar y así central tu atención en ti.
Realmente el desayuno es muy importante, ya que es como la batería que te da la energía, para iniciar tu día.
Y me alegro que al llegar a tu hogar, te olvides del estrés de tu trabajo y te dedique amar a tu familia. Suerte en el concurso 🙏🏼
Water is so important for the body that it can even prevent a stroke. My partner always tells me that water has helped him a lot with his health and I read that the first thing you should do when you wake up is drink a glass of water, before eating, during the day and even before going to sleep.
It's great that you take 5 to 10 minutes a day to meditate and thus focus your attention on yourself.
Breakfast is really very important, since it's like the battery that gives you the energy to start your day.
