post-menopausal syndrome, I did not know this was a thing.
When I went through menopause, I was at a store having a hot flash, and a woman walked up to me and said to get Black cohosh, Primrose oil, and Flaxseed oil and take them 3 times a day. My hot flashes went away. When my sister went through it, she did the same, and it worked for her. It did take about 3 months for them to stop.
