Serious crimes should be taken seriously, but when minors are involved, accountability should also consider their age, circumstances, and capacity to understand their actions. Justice and rehabilitation both matter.

Exactly @mhe . As minors , their punishment should also be minor. And like you said, rehabilitation and counseling is important.
With the way the world 🌎 is today, any minor from ages of 14 to 17 year old, knows already what is bad and good, especially with change and awareness every where.
