The saying that men don't cry, is what is killing some of them emotionally. If they cry out their pain, it will help them to stay emotionally strong.
Crying does not make anyone weak, but it shows have that thing has really affected you

You are absolutely right. Crying is good and one shouldn't feel bad for doing that, especially the male gender.
