My two uncles used to work there 30 years ago as well and like you said, they also told us that it was a deserted land before and it hardly rained. They also didn't take more photos due to the restrictions I guess, so it's the first time I'm seeing what the place looks like.

Ah... gud... happy to know about this info. Yes, the restrictions were too many in various aspects. But now new rule, so liberal laws. Hope people don't misuse it. The photographs were taken few months before, a complete renovation.
