So marriage itself hasn't changed, what has changed is how people view marriage.

That's a great point. And yeah, social media and people talking about all the things that happened to them in their marriages is the main reason that people aren't so inclined to get married anymore. And well, it makes sense. Before, if something happened to you in your marriage, all you could do was tell your inner circle, and you generally stayed in abusive marriages simply because you had no other option to survive. But since they now have more job opportunities, it's easier for them to get out of toxic relationships.

Marriage is good, but only when it is done with love, understanding, and true commitment
