All crypto are down massive. Normally bear markets last a week or more. If BTC start to rise, then the rest of the altcoins follow suit. If you able to buy the dip that's great !

Don't panic. That's all one can add. And keeping the long view in mind is good as well.
It's definitely what to experience in the Crypto world which shouldn't be a surprise but till then more investment need to be done by accumulating to get more coins staked.
Crazy stuff with UST and Luna. The entire space not looking good at all. I however think now is a great time to accumulate for someone going in long term
There is going to be this occurrence which one have to just prepare his mind and look for how to accumulate more
This is brutal. My bigger worry is that it bleeds into the economy and people start losing their income. That's when the actual pain gets going.

I'm guessing we're already in a recession but we won't know for sure until about 2 years from now when the government finalized the economic numbers coming out today.
The fed is probably raising rates to cool an economy that's long been frozen.
I think, we are going to sub 10k again.
