RE: Lottery for those who stake Cent

I like the idea of this as a giveaway to stakers or liquidity providers, but as a gambler this seems to be minus ev bet with the 2.5% to house, so can't do in in good conscience unless I have enough in pools to get one gifted. All activity is good activity though!
