Well, presently yes, however I think that a very large amount of such technologies like that which have been hidden in deep-black special-access programs and projects for many decades will be released to the world quite soon, so the probability of us finding a functional one will increase markedly at some point. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
