I prefered playing in wild format because some of my strongest/ favorite cards were old. Like Hydra,Mimosa Nightshade or Corrupted Pegasus... But over time the cost of those seasonal passes really add up into a big sum.

Yeah that is a big problem, you need to pay 2k dec per season, and if you are a casual player, then you can't recover cost from wild pass.
I personaly rented out almost all my wild cards months ago, but maybe I back to play GF silver tournaments, but I need more time for that playing 11 games and then in second round another 11 games takes some time.
