Truthfully, libraries definitely offer the opportunity of having access to books, especially to the less privileged. But in most developing countries or rural areas, this opportunity is only available within the walls of an academic Institution because the government of this era doesn't see the need to build a functioning library in a place that can be easily accessible to those that are actually considered as the less privileged, especially those in rural areas.
The fact remains, establishing a functioning library in a community, outside the confines of an institution, is costly and difficult to manage. The few ones existing are evidence of my claim.
So it kinds of make it less certain to ascertain, that libraries offers an opportunity to the less privileged to have access to books, since those so called libraries are not built in most communities. And the so called less privileged still have to find a way to access the institutions where libraries are located, before having unrestricted access to a library, which will definitely cost money.

💯 this is so true. Thanks for the impact in my life because I enjoyed going even though it was for a while in my first year in the university but it was worth it.
This is a great point you have here. If only government could help most people have access to libraries not confined to the walls of institutions alone but to be within the community where everyone would always go to. But as you said, it will cost a whole lot money and maintenance to keep it running smoothly.
