Subject like this are subjective to individual perspective. When you look at it from the point of view of victims of crimes committed by minors, does it hurt less just because the crime is committed by a teenager? The truth is it doesn't, the victims still feel pain regardless of whoever commits the crime.The law needs to evaluate the level of awareness of minors of the crime committed before passing judgment.To ensure the punishment is befitting of the crime committed.

That's true. And that's why I see it as a sensitive discussion. What you mentioned is helpful. And yes, punishment should be befitting of the crime committed.
