Moving their muscles has been drastically affected after the remote jobs.
I am working remote since 2012 and I must tell it's no fun, unless you manage your time pretty well and build up a discipline. For me exercise in the morning is a must, 1.5 hours for myself dedicated - unless there is an emergency, I don't compromise in that. Then while working from home, you must set a daily discipline - otherwise, you get dragged to different household stuffs and end up draining more..
