That's right friend, I don't know if the definition is total chaos but the truth is that the state is absent and does not reach all people. I already have an idea to see if you can collaborate with me to help some children at the school in my community who need drinking water filters and a freezer to store their food 🙏🙏🇻🇪🇻🇪
