Honestly I don't care if they are doing it for clout chasing, as long as I am helped... Self esteem and ego won't solve the problem at hand and if someone turns up for their own selfish reason, as long as the help comes at the time needed, they are free to chase clout

I think we thinks alike in this case. What we need matter most rather than intentions of others. As long as the outcome is what we need, it's okay.
