The vast majority of users don't buy/sell according to specific times. It's wiser to keep a buyback option in place for situations where the price is trending downwards. It's better to focus on increasing liquidity in the liquidity pool while keeping LP rewards at a certain level. Users should be able to buy/sell whenever they want.
