This was a heartbreaking but eye-opening read. The emotional and physical toll of that flood is unimaginable. It's painful how negligence, like the landlord’s inaction, can lead to such disaster.

It's actually something that's very shameful to do especially owing to the fact that you as the landlord know the area is flood prone and you don't even seek the resolution, it's very sad
