They're just Hackers fredaig, I doubt they care about 'the downfall of hive' $$$ (money) is what they care about, and also causing genreral chaos. Plus it was hive engine they attacked, which wouldn't cause the main hive chain any problems, but it would disrupt many 'community tokens' and probably empty many people's wallets of their community tokens.
But, as @forykw pointed out in their post, the attackers didn't manage to breach security measures 🙂

Ohhhh well its a good thing nothing happened @raj808, guess hive security measures is strong as ever. I think they are going for the communities and not hive itself as leofinance discord was hacked
