Which browser do you use? And which VPN service too... There might be a better one free.
Usually, if the VPNs are monitoring what you do, they have agreements with the government to block certain things, even if you are using a VPN to try get away with something.

Hi, my PC is very old. It used to be easier to access Telegram, but for the past month it's become very difficult. I was able to download Opera and log in, but my PC is on its last legs, so I hardly use it. It's very slow, and I don't dare use a VPN on my phone. I'm very careful with my phone because it's my only resource, and I'm afraid that I might download an app and damage something.
I hope the government unblocks Telegram soon.
