Holy Hive! I can't believe I am on my 50-month post about my "Giveaway Life" on the chain I love with this PowerUp initiative that honestly was not really something I thought much about, and mostly I just reacted to how I wanted to communicate. It has been working for me for the last year or so, but I had to adapt it a couple of times due to time pressure, because only I know how much I can provide (or think I can provide).

I was always totally written by me. NO AI! (very important to note nowadays) And it acts as a compilation of what things I do around, even if this is not entirely representative of all I do, I THINK it does at least resemble some of it.

To start the post, I think it's important to note the hard times people have been going through around the world with all these stupid wars, economic monopolisation of semiconductors (aka memory and storage), and other things I don't even want to get into (like pharma, and political "it's all right to do this now").

Being positive and constructive is hard nowadays. Social media has gone all-in on "about interests" publicly visible, and if you don't have a big fat cash face, you are no one! So, hopefully you will find Hive a better place where you don't have to deal with those things, where you can happily distribute your opinion across the world.

I am so fortunate to live at the end of the world... it really balances a lot of things you can't imagine.

Yeah, it has been some time, I am not the decade dinosaurs some of you are, but not by choice... it was basically life taking me away from that chance, and by the time I was settling down, I found it finally! ONE YEAR LATER!

But that didn't spook me... It was love at first sight. I will never be at the edge of this badge, but I will always feel proud of being at the edge, just like many other 10-year-old dinosaurs.

This section was neglected for a few months, in terms of quality. In my view...

I didn't have the time... so, I will try to make an effort today.

First, be sure you read @ecoinstant's post about THIS POST about the famous @dcitygame closure. This is very important for me, and for many out there, as this game "team" shaped many aspects of the layer 2 things on Hive. I can only thank him (game creator) for the effort and dedication. I mattered to me!

SOOO many great memories from this game...

This was a special thing created... from scriptioner (on dCITY Discord) if I am not mistaken... correct me if I am wrong. I don't know if your account on Hive is the same handle.

And yes, I played with multiple accounts by then...

I have many other pictures on my older posts... and this was a very important venture in terms of how it started and how it ended. I feel proud of the people who do things on a chain like this! I am a follower and practitioner too. This model supports Hive! Does not matter if it does not work and eventually, businesses have to close.

And this is VERY IMPORTANT for the way the ecosystem works.

I have burned all my NFTs (many thousands that I had to create a special script for me to burn them, even if the @thecrazygm tool was very helpful, it would take me a LOT of hours to finish the job), and I still have 5 million SIM on the SWAP.HIVE:SIM pool reserved for some time before the 26th day of June. 😎

Yes, this resembles some fumes of what dCITY's kind of mood was, but it has a different twist. First, it's based on more traditional web2 easy stuff to understand, which is good for the user if the creator is honourable and will always defend the accounts controlling the assets.

But there is a pro on this... it does not need Layer 2... it can be entirely based on layer 1. Which is a defying thing to do in the first place, given that layer 1 does not have programmable contracts.

Why am I still pushing these kinds of things? Well, I believe this is a bridge to the programaticaly feeless world. Where the owner or creator eventually can't control things anymore, and it's all programmatically embedded on the chain.

I love programming, and trustless stuff... so I fight for auto-healing stuff...

If some people read it with red flags, I will say this... "how many have done games entirely based on Hive layer one?"... yep... no guts! So, yes, this is my reason to be on a game like this, experimenting, exploring, and helping where I can. Not necessarily making a profit for it... But it can happen for many... I am looking for the challenge!

Join @mydempire discord at the link you will see at the bottom of their main page. The costs of "trying" this game are very minimal compared with many others and $HIVE prices currently.

But as usual, up to you. You always have the last word... and if you don't like it, that's it! Feedback on that thought, as that will be useful for the creator. It's always useful...

By the energetic @shiftrox mate, I so need to meet one day. This game was probably one of the best wins I have seen in a short time. The speed to "works" was BRUTAL! He did something that just worked, simple, easy, enjoyable. I loved it... minor things to address. I was very pleased to experience it.

Yes, as anything vibe-coded, there are ups and downs, but this was/IS very promising. I don't know what you used behind the scenes, but you got a hell of control and efficiency in its development.

The simple mechanism can be augmented... and also this might be a first for you, but I can tell you, this is just the beginning of what you will learn about this.

Probably because this has been the second-longest-lasting game after @splinterlands, and don't get me wrong, I love the "Magic: The Gathering" game style. But I am not the best player. And I love long-lasting strategy games like "Civilization" for example, and others.

11k HIVE worth of NFTs is a fricking crazy value!

And this game has never disappointed me... I know I am not at the 100 Chests I wanted to be... but that's actually a great sign (because others have been adding to the pool).

My advice... start slow, understand how the game works. Read the Wiki and if you have questions, ask away, tag anyone you know on the game. I know @chaosmagic23 has been drilling into it more often lately! 🫠😏

Games... and there are more... so many more, but I can't get to all of them, and I have been focusing on the things I think I can provide valuable feedback. Sorry if I can't yet help you with your app/venture! I will eventually be able.

@acidyo has been creating some stuff I really enjoyed too... The https://scrobble.life a place that is not a game, but has lots of games you can play there too, and a place that has been recalling me of the old Winamp times! And for me it feels like a "game" alike place to share and enjoy each other's company, finding their tastes for songs, movies, etc.

I have been making some mistakes, but I have been participating... enjoying it, and to my best ability appreciating others' work.

Scrobble is like a "Look at what I am listening" thing... where you can decide to share what you are listening, watching, doing, etc... (even if most is already on chain, which is the point of all of this...).

This is not a race! It's a show off at most!? Where do we all learn what we like? 😎😍👉😀

OK, this section is going to BLOW YOU OFF! And I mean it...

Lately, I have been working with @starkerz behind the scenes and verifying/testing some of the stuff he has been MAGICALLY creating, something I always wanted Hive to have (as he and many other Hivers here)!

WE can NOW onboard people from web2 without them knowing anything about web3... and my next step is trying to understand how to still have some sort of pending rewards for them for when they decide to create their Hive account, with some sort of forfeiture timeline where these get either burned or distributed over the community. Lots of brainstorming happening... at @firstcontext 😎

And if you want to interpret this comment, let that be, I am enjoying LOTS doing what I am doing.

Still being tuned and tested, but given this is not closed testing... Anyone can do the same... and I can speak about it, at my will. Still in beta phase... But man... it is looking fricking promising, and it works!

Simple web2 process... looks like being able to be like this!

1. I have got hold of an email account...
2. Signed into https://beta.firstcontext.app with it...
3. Worked my "ass off" to get a free account or buy a new Hive account... whichever you prefer! Or buy an account and start your freedom!
4. Get curated by what I say on Hive about web2! I mean, YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, etc...
5. Influence/curate signals, comments and others on-chain and depending on the value of each curation, get into the next level.

What drove me here?

It actually was something I was looking for that no one has produced... and it's probably very hard for anyone to produce due to the "enterprise" politics problem.

I wanted to watch all my web2/3 things from within the same place...

Imagine the following...

YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc... all of them, all your preferred creators, in a single place!
