A day full of hectic routine while i was already feeling unwell. Being a Physiotherapist, lets talk about my today's routine with all ofyou guys.

Today i woke late because i was not feeling well. I was feeling dull and low. But still i had to go to the clinic at Faisalabad medical complex because i dont take my day off so easily. Whenever i go to my home town Bahwalpur at the end of the month, i take 2 or 3 consecutive leaves. So, i woke up and got reay and as usual love to wear my bracelets.

I was already 45 minutes late and the moment i entered my clinic, 6 of my patients were already waiting for their physiotherapist. I offered them my apology for being late and collected their appointment numbers.

Today all the patient were with chronic and severe pain. The most svere case was a patient mrs. Khan with severe neck pain.Mrs. khas showed me her x-ray and i was stunned. I gave her my best and thankfully she was feeling better after the treatment session. The shift of smile from painful expression on her face gave me power and motivation.

Yesterday i was not in the state to cook anything. So today i to order my lunch. Although it wasn't a good choice as being unwell but also not a a bad one as i was extremely tired. I ordered Chicken Pulao with Chapli kbabs from Multani Zaiqa restaurant. Pulao was perfect and chapli kabad was super delicious with their spicy and tangy taste. I am a spice and rice lover so pulao and kbab was a delightful meal for me. Surely it is right to say good food equals to good mood and same happened to me today.

In the evening one of my dear friend Rabia from Lahore visitted my hostel as she heared about me being sick. She came with my favorite ice cream "Walls Germen Fudge Ice cream" cone, as she knew nothing can elevate my mood but ice cream. As i saw the fine packaging of ice cream cones, i already started smiling in my heart and i was eagerly waiting to eat. We talked and laughed alot while having favourite ice cream. Time really flies, in just an eye click 2 hours passed and it was her time to say good bye.

After having such a hectic day with my unwell condition and the surprised visit of my friend, I feel like sometimes life balances itself out. The clinic was exhausting, the pain I saw in patients was heavy, but then came the laughter, the ice cream, and later the 2 hours of pure joy with my friend. It reminded me that even on low days, there are people and moments that lift you up. As a Physiotherapist, I give my energy to heal others, and as a sister faiza and friend, I receive love that heals me. That’s enough for me. That’s what I’ll carry to sleep tonight.
