Gain weight or lose weight a really interesting topic,something worth talking about. But to be honest I'll say this is more of an individual stuff,yes individual. Most times it depends on the individual age, gender, metabolism and most especially activity!

But if we're to dig deep then most times I think this us actually activity. Come to think of it,a man who consumes a meal that contains 1,000 calories but goes to work in a warehouse were he works on heavy loads all day I think that man has lower chance of adding weight than a man who consumes the same amount of calories (1,000) but yet does very little work,like you can't compare them...they're not the same at all, although there are some persons who eats a lot but still doesn't add weight but they are not common,it's those persons who allow their activities to speak for them that are much and i am one of em,yes I am.

For me I remember back then when I use to stay at home and don't do much,those times were actually some of the worse days of my life 😂🤣😫not just the boredom also the days I fell ill the most, like i was taking in soft drinks which i know it wasn't so good for me, and also I feasted on calories most times. It took a while for me to actually realize this things were not good for my health,mind you like I said earlier I didnt do much hard work so that was the main problem, taking soft drinks as well not as if drinking itself was the problem but what I was drinking and I was doing nearly nothing all day.
And another thing, learnt lately that our body stores food, like it's programmed that way so we can stay up to a day or two without eating,like....although this sounds funny I'd still like to hear what you have to say. Me that like eating every two seconds so,me that's always hungry😫 and come to think of it...two days? Though if one slept no matter the amount of food they consume they'll still be hungry or Do you think it's true?😀😂 sorry for laughing but it really do sounds funny to me...like who came up with such? what's the reason for that. I honestly don't believe in most of these old talks about ancestors so don't mind me pls🤣 I see them as delusions, like why would one thought of that? If this is true then I'd love to see prove, maybe it's time to wake our ancestors from the grave,like they must answer us!😫😆
Anyways with the few points of mine I hope I have been able to convince and not confuse you that it all depends on your daily activity and the substances you consume. And if you're in the position of looking for a body shape I think not too skinny and not too fat is the best sha, for me I like been chubby. Not too fat not too slim more like been thick, I'm not to interested in muscles as well. I find it too attention seeking, I'm not bashing anyone oo just I don't like it that much, but it kinda feel I'm a muscular person sha....how life works🤣
Well I think I'll be leaving now, it's great sharing my thought with you guys, will like to hear your own opinion if possible ad well.
