Saturday Savers Goals
Last week I joined the #saturdaysavers posts after not having posted one for a long time.
I've set my goals for 2025 to be the following:
- 35,000 Hive (a 23,29% growth)
- 4000 HBD (a 99,60% growth)
- 40,000 Virtual Hive (a 18,38% growth)
In the following table you can see an overview of the progress of my goals.
Virtual Hive is the total of all my Hive (staked and liquid) plus the amount of Hive I can buy with my HBD at the current price of Hive ($0,401)

I wasn't really active on Hive in the last weeks of January, so the increase in Hive and HBD is really minimal. I've started to increase my activities again. I hope I will see better numbers next week. Despite that, all goals have a slight increase.
I had a power down running which decreased my staked Hive. I now have 4,656.38 liquid Hive I can use to convert to HBD when the price goes up.
I saw an interesting table from @vempromundo yesterday that showed that the price of Hive has been dropping significantly in the past years in the months April, May and June.
That's a good opportunity to buy back some Hive with HBD. Those are the months I will woek on my Hive targe. The amount of Hive is now lower than it was on 1-1-2025 because of the power downs.
But I'm not looking for short term gains. I do try to be consistent with blogging and curating, but the biggest changes have to come from HBD <--> Hive trades.
