RE: Hive-Nectar & Nectarengine v0.2.x Released!

(edited)

ohh this is great work, Congrats on the release, Michael.

Shipping a stabilized v0.2.x series for both hive-nectar and nectarengine is a meaningful milestone, especially after real-world validation with @steembasicincome already running the libraries in production. That kind of prelaunch testing carries far more weight than isolated demos.

It is also good to see active maintenance reflected in the rapid follow up patches on hive-nectar moving to v0.2.5. That responsiveness is exactly what developers look for when deciding whether a library is safe to build on long term.

The modernization work and tighter integration paths you are pushing here are important for the broader Hive ecosystem. Tooling that reduces friction for developers is one of the few things that consistently compounds network value over time.

Appreciate you keeping the code open, published on both GitHub and PyPI, and encouraging transparent issue tracking. That sets the right tone for adoption.

Looking forward to seeing what gets built on top of this stack.
