The original Rare Pepes weren't rare by accident — the Rare Pepe Directory (2016) curated and capped them on Bitcoin's Counterparty layer. Rarity was the culture. $RPEPE carries that torch onto Hive: a fixed, tiny cap that can't be diluted.
