You're describing symptoms that could be related to some form of mental illness. Your mannerisms as well; that points in the same direction. The antisocial behavior as well. It's looking more and more like an easily treatable disease. Nothing to be ashamed of.

You'd have your life back within 2 weeks if you mustered up enough courage to see a doctor but before you do that I suggest you contact a close family member or friend, someone you've known for at least ten years or more. Someone you love and trust. Show them everything you've been doing online lately, explain to them your reason, then let them give you advice; listen to them. If they think a doctor is a good idea, go with them. That way you'll be safe; someone will have your back. You won't have to worry about frightening the medical staff and having the police get involved.
