RE: Hive Engine update: we were down, we are back up, things to keep in mind

Strangely enough, this is standard for any L2, hence the daily transaction limits. I find it strange that HIVE, with all its time in existence, still has this valve to exceed the limit and end up delaying the entire second layer.
