I have a second account lethal.larrikin which I just set up on dcity and sent it some cards so I can start again small, which might be easy for me to fix and learn from.

hey @new.things, I have just went through your city. For the main accounts looks no major issues, should be able to grow well.
However for the second account, it does seem like you need some tax refund to get your city to have positive income. Workers do not come with tax refund, will need to replace them with the "workers" that come with tax refund such as economist or eco activist. Hope this helps.
