Splinterlands - Opening 7 Foundation Chests, Won 2 Gold and 1 Epic, and a Battle with camouflage modifier

How are you all? I hope everyone is fine and doing great in their life.

I am back with another Splinterlands blog, and today I had to buy some Foundation chests because I was unable to play the game for the last two days.

First, I headed over to the token transaction page, as you can see in the screenshot below. There, I transferred all my DEC tokens from Hive Engine to Splinterlands.

After that, I went to the Foundation chest section and bought 17 Foundation chests. For all of them, I paid around 1366 DEC tokens.

In the screenshot below, you can see that I am now at the mana well with 17 Foundation chests ready to open. However, I decided to open only seven of them because I did not want to do a massive opening all at once.

Let us see what we got.

In the screenshot below, you can see the first half of the rewards. Thankfully, I won two gold foil cards, and I was really happy about that because it is rare for me to get multiple gold foil cards in a single opening.

Apart from that, the very first reveals included two summoners, and these are the summoners I actually needed because I have not maxed them out yet. So I was happy to get them.

I also won an epic card, which made the first half of the opening even better.

In the next screenshot, you can see the second half of the rewards, where I won three more summoners. Overall, I was very happy with today’s pack openings.

Now let me share one of the battles I played today.

In the screenshot below, you can see the battle lineup. I used a Fire summoner while my opponent went with a Life summoner. Generally, in high mana battles, Fire has a good advantage against Life, so I already felt confident about my chances.

In Round 3, shown below, the battle was 3 vs 6, meaning I had still kept all of my monsters alive while my opponent had already lost several monsters. At that moment, it was clear that the battle was going in my favor.

Finally, in Round 4, I secured the victory with a huge advantage of 5 vs 1.

That is all I did in Splinterlands today.

From tomorrow onward, I will try my best to start focusing on Modern battle mode as well because that is something I promised in my previous blog.

Now let me share some Terracore activity because I had not touched the game for the last two days either.

When I entered my Terracore base, the first thing I did was upgrade my damage stat because my base was under penalties, and I wanted to remove them.

After that, I used six attacks, and you can see the results in the screenshot above. That is all I did in the games I play on Hive blockchain today.
