Splinterlands - Opening 5 Foundation packs, winning 1 Gold foil and 2 Epic Cards, and an unpredictable Battle with Equalizer Modifier

Hello everyone,
How are you all? I hope everyone is fine and doing great in their life.

I am back with another Splinterlands blog, and this time I am going to share a very interesting battle that I played today.

But before that, let me first take you all to the mana well because that is where we open our Foundation chests.

This time, we only had five Foundation chests left, as you can see in the screenshot below, and I decided to open all of them. I was unable to play the game for the last two days, so I did not get the chance to earn more chests. Maybe I will buy more later, but for now, let us see what we got from these packs.

In the screenshot below, you can see all the cards I won, and honestly, I am happy with the opening even though I did not get any legendary card.

The very first thing that made me happy was the gold foil card named New Beluroc Aegis, which you can see in the screenshot below. I already own this card, so now I might be able to upgrade it to the next level.

Apart from that, I also won two epic cards.

The first epic card can be seen in the screenshot below. Its name is Lenore Nevermore, and this card is really useful in battles because I have personally used it many times.

In the screenshot below, you can see the second epic card that I won. This monster is also very useful in many battles, and I would love to max it out someday. So I was happy to get this card as well.

Now let us talk about the battle, which was quite interesting.

In the screenshot below, you can see the battle lineup. I used the Fire element while my opponent went with the Dragon element. The battle had the Equalizer modifier, which means all monsters start with equal health.

The battle began, and by Round 2, I was already worried about losing because, as you can see in the screenshot below, my team was struggling badly.

However, things changed in Round 4. At that point, the battle was down to 3 vs 2, and I started to believe that I could actually win. I knew that once we eliminated Sorrow Harvester from the opponent’s side, their Alan Musketeer would move to the first position and would no longer be able to attack effectively.

Finally, in Round 5, the battle went down to 3 vs 1, and I managed to secure the victory.

So this was a really interesting Equalizer battle. At first, I thought I was going to lose, but in the end, the battle completely turned in my favor.

Now let me share some Terracore activity as well because that is the second game I play regularly.

In the screenshot above, you can see the seven attacks I used in my Terracore base. This time, the attacks went quite well. Even though two of the attacks were dodged, I still managed to earn around 1000 scrap tokens.

That is all I did in Splinterlands and Terracore today.

Thank you.
