This is true. I know a lot of people that would rather prefer to take the drugs from the doctor and go home, rather than to remain in the hospital for some few days.. And this is mostly because they want to be at their place of comfort.

That's very true, not everyone fancy the hospital smell, and being in their place of comfort has the power to speed up their recovery.
