Why I stay on Hive

There are several things that keep me on hive and I'm happy to talk about them.

First is the fact that I get to write and express myself. When you think about it, hive gives you the opportunity to be expressive through writing. It's beautiful knowing that there is a platform like hive where you can just share your thoughts, your opinion on issues and there are people willing to read it. That's one major reason I'm here on hive.

Another reason is that I get to learn. I must say, I have learnt a lot thanks to hive. Hive has impacted my learning curve a lot. On hive I get to learn new things and see amazing pictures. Hive is even entertaining most times. I've learnt about cryptocurrencies, blockchains, and many technological concepts. I've learnt how to send and receive crypto, how transactions work on a Blockchain and many more.
Speaking of entertainment, I have learnt about games like splinterlands on hive, and it's a very interesting game I have come to love. This is one entertaining side of hive. The fact that there are cool stuff built on hive which I can use.

One more thing that keeps me on hive is the community and friendships. Hive has amazing communities. There are communities for a lot of topics on hive. You just have to pick the communities that you vibe with and express yourself there though your posts. Using myself as an example, I occasionally go through the list of communities to find communities that I can relate with and I join. It's usually fun. When you're part of a community you relate with, writing and expressing yourself comes easy to you.
Communities give you that sense of belonging and it's nice. Also, hive is a place to make friendships. I've made good friends so far thanks to hive. Hive connects you to amazing people with whom you can connect with. What is life without such wonderful connections and friendships?

Lastly, the rewards is one reason I stay on hive. There aren't much decentralized platforms where you get rewarded for expressing your thoughts like hive does. The rewards are a wonderful incentive to keep dishing out original, well-crafted posts. So basically, on hive, while you express yourself, your earn some reward as well. It's beautiful.

Those are the reason I stay on hive, and I know I'll be staying for a long time. Hive has had an impact on me and I'm very appreciative of that. Looking forward to more years of hive waxing stronger and stronger.
