My practical ways to deal with heat discomfort

what are you doing to deal with the heat?, what are you doing to reduce it or control it. What are things are doing to keep your self normal in the summers .

Summer is around the corner as we all know. During the month of November, February and March, it used to be extremely hot here. Sometimes, you find it difficult to sleep due to heat discomfort. Some people also suffer from heat rashes and many other skin diseases that is associated with heat season. This heat period affects both old and young because it makes everyone uncomfortable. I saw a pregnant woman whom while working on the road was pouring cold water on her stomach due to heat. In this case, one needs to take some protective measures which includes the followings.

Drinking enough water- This is very important for everyone who wants to survive the heat. Remember, lack of water intake can lead to dehydration and death if not properly taken care of. During the hot season, we sweat often, so, we need to take more water in other to replace the fluids that's going out through body sweats.

Don't wear tights or heavy clothes Wear more of singlets, go to beaches or streams if you have any around you to swim.

Eat more of fruits Fruits like watermelon, paw paw ir (papaya), oranges, banana, etc is good food for the heat.

For those who battle with heat rashes or other skin diseases during the heat season, take note of this. *Bath more of hot or warm water instead of cold water. Warm water helps or shrinks the growth of heat rashes and other skin infections. Make sure you add detol in your bathing water *

If you are living in non ventilated environment, mop your room very well, keep windows open if it's well secured, sleep on the floor instead of the bed. I noticed during heart, my foam do smell due to heat. In other to avoid this, i prefer sleeping on the floor. Mind you, i do sleep under mosquito net to avoid mosquitoes bites.

Reachable fans is another getaway from heat. Always charge it and make use of it. Take your bath as many as you want during hea8 is for your own good. Eat well, stay healthy and fit. Engage in exercise, take some coffee after exercise, take your bath and have enough rest, believe me you will deal with heat discomfort.

During those months the weather is always hurt. But we don't have choice because both the raining and summer season is important to us and our crops as the dressing, light cloth is very very important during the summer season. Thanks for the invitation I will soon drop my entry.
