They are times when the heart gets in control of what the body wear.
While some just love their ways of dressing because of personal reasons hehehe.
You're right, we should never judge people based on their outfit because not all dressing is a result from the heart, their heart might be pure, they just see those wears as not bad.

We are no one to judge and we can't blame for what others wear but we have the right also to criticize if we feel someone wearing something embressing clothes, as everyone have the right to share their opinion. Everything is quite complicated from this perspective.
